I worked for Mike and Alex Speed in the 1999 racing season. Mike is a very passionate person and I learned (and continue to) the foundation of kart tuning from Mike. Alex was a young jr. driver at the time, and he has always been a stand up kid. At the Supernationals in 2001, he was the first to hop the fence to congratulate me on a podium finish.
